Candidates must commit to Christian higher education, model servant leadership, and be willing to assume the duties listed below. Responsibilities Coach and instruct student‑athletes. Plan practices and training programs. Monitor academic progress toward graduation and provide guidance on academic, personal, and disciplinary matters. Ensure student‑athlete safety and compliance with health requirements. Recruit and retain qualified student‑athletes. Manage the program budget and fundraising.
