Ohio Regional Manager, HUD & Affordable Housing

Redwood Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to provide leadership for a portfolio of HUD and affordable housing communities across Southern Ohio. This role entails ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and team development while promoting resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong knowledge of compliance regulations.
