Paraprofessional Job
The Every Child Succeeds Act requires schools to be in compliance when hiring paraprofessionals for classroom instruction. The following requirements are:
- Graduation from High School or evidence of equivalent educational proficiency.
- Completion of two years of higher education (48 semester units) or possession of an Associate's or higher degree.
- Note: The following documents need to be attached to the application to be considered.
- 1) Copy of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2) Copy of College Transcripts or College Degree
- 3) California Driver's License required
Minimum Experience: one year experience working with school-age children in an organized setting is required. Note: The following documents need to be attached to the application to be considered.
