This travel assignment is ideal for seasoned professionals looking to provide high-quality care in a dynamic work environment. Key responsibilities of the RN Telemetry Travel include:

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients using the nursing process
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Administer medications safely and according to guidelines
• Practice according to entity and department expectations
• Manage patients with intravenous therapy, chest drainage, and telemetry monitoring
• Utilize internal and external resources effectively
• Address age-specific needs of patients, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Provide care respective of patient's advance directives
• Respond appropriately in emergency or urgent situations

Requirements of the RN Telemetry Travel include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Maintains BLS certification
• 2+ Years Med/Surg Tele RN experience required
• Travel experience required
• Successful completion of Medical/Surgical IV Medication Module
• Successful completion of Basic Arrhythmia exam
