Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. knows there is no substitute for engineering superiority, and prides itself on creating world-class products!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesElectronic Product ArchitectureSchematic Design of complex circuits including: FPGAs, PLDs, and PPCsUltra-low jitter and phase noise clocksMulti-Gigabit High-Speed Serial linksHigh-Speed ADCs and DACs (100MHz – 5GHz and beyond)Switching and Linear Power SuppliesHigh-Speed Memory interfaces including DRAM and SRAMRFForm factors including PCIe, VME, VXS, Blade, Open VPX, XMC and PMCPrototype and test new designs in the laboratoryOperate in a team environment to develop COTS solutions designed with the end-user in mindGenerate documentation to enable our Software Team to produce software to enable and test your design's hardware functionalityRequirementsBS or MS in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Physics or equivalentU.S. CitizenshipStrong understanding of electrical and computer engineering fundamentalsGeneral understanding of mechanical and thermal fundamentals. Advanced knowledge a plus.In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $100,000/yr to $230,000/yr; however, Annapolis Micro Systems considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
