Our ideal candidate has a passion for Agile/Scrum practices, enjoys taking on challenging and exciting projects and is driven to improve technology, tools and processes. In this role you will help to support Unifi’s overall company strategy and work closely with the project management team and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Drive delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics to identify areas of opportunity.Manage interdependencies between agile teams.Maintain an exceptional level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.Foster close cooperation across all team members; encourage cross-training and team support.Create and manage the tactical project plan that includes details related to work-scope, schedule, and resourcesReporting, data analytics and documentation.Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met and prepare and coordinate project reports.Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.Qualifications:4-5 years of experience as a technical project managerBachelor’s degree in related field.Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools.Experience managing, tracking, and advising around project budgets as they align within scope.PMP certification a plus.Understanding of Project Manager and Development processes, strategies and methodsPreferred experience in setting up project management tools e.g. ServiceNow SPM and SmartsheetPreferred experience utilizing collaboration practice and tools e.g. MS Teams and SharePointAttributes:Excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong sense of personal accountabilityExperience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentalityDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles "Unifi is committed to equal opportunity employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or veteran status."
