Overview Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Payments (Wire, FedWire, SWIFT, CHIPS, RTP) About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in payment systems —including Wire Transfers , FedWire , CHIPS , RTP , and SWIFT . You’ll work cross-functionally to analyze processes, gather requirements, and support system enhancements that streamline operations and improve outcomes. Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes, especially related to payments, to identify areas for improvement Gather, define, and document clear business and technical requirements Collaborate with IT to design and implement new systems or enhancements Lead or support UAT and ensure quality standards are met Create and maintain detailed documentation Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Payments Experience: Hands-on with Wire Transfers, FedWire, CHIPS, RTP, SWIFT Strong Analytical Skills: Able to identify patterns, issues, and improvements Excellent Communication: Comfortable working with diverse teams Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence Industry Background: Financial services or banking experience preferred Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience Why Join Us Opportunity to work on critical, high-impact financial systems Collaborative and forward-thinking work environment Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Information Technology Industries: Staffing and Recruiting and Banking Apply now to help shape the future of payment systems and business operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
