Payroll Specialist

Base pay range $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team and assist with the collection, entry, and verification of timecards. Our payroll process involves managing weekly payroll for hundreds of clients and thousands of employees. The payroll team plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll submissions each week. This position is onsite in Rockwall, TX, daily 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities Collect, review, and input employee time data Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing weekly Address client and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner Proactively identify and resolve potential payroll discrepancies before finalizing payroll Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in payroll, staffing, or a related field is a plus Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong mathematical and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources and Accounting/Auditing Industries Accounting, Staffing and Recruiting, and Human Resources Services Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr RPC Company
