Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:- Experience eliciting and analyzing stakeholder business needs using various analysis techniques and translating them into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules.
- Experience creating and maintaining software development artifacts for requirements communication, including end-user documentation, business cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specifications.
- Experience facilitating requirements workshops, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and structured walkthroughs, while ensuring requirements are clearly understood, communicated, and met.
- Experience managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle, including developing and executing requirements management plans, maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), establishing requirements baselines, and managing requirements change control.
- Experience creating test plans and test cases and collaborating with users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
- Experience working with healthcare and billing applications.
- Experience with an accredited Scrum Master certification.
