Product Manager

We are looking for this role to join the product team located in our Fort Worth, Texas location. Responsibilities The Product Manager owns end-to-end accountability for a low to moderately complex product or a significant or complex feature of a product. They are responsible for the product/feature roadmap and backlog, and for driving performance against KPIs (financial and non-financial). They provide clear guidance to product management and development teams on customer needs and expected outcomes, and work with the Product Development team to manage delivery in line with product priorities. They engage with other key stakeholders across the business to ensure product/feature success. If managing a product, they are responsible for the overall product strategy and P&L, balancing investments in short‑term tactical product improvements with long‑term strategic product investments to maximize ROI. The role includes developing and managing the product/feature roadmap, evaluating product/feature performance, soliciting feedback, integrating the voice of the customer into the roadmap, and defining, driving, and monitoring product/feature KPIs such as revenue and customer acquisition. Regular engagement with the Product Development team to guide the PD team and ensure business needs are being conveyed and met is essential, as is collaboration around the roll‑out and release of a feature. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience or HS/GED degree and 6 years of experience. Experience in Team Development and Motivation. Experience with Financial Acumen. Successful track record in product development and product lifecycle management for multiple product lines. Knowledge of major product lines and potential applications. Experience developing, presenting, and launching product lines. Technical understanding of product and customer requirements. Experience collecting quantitative product data and metrics to understand user behavior and discover/evaluate product opportunities. Ability to perform quality assurance controls on product to drive product evolution. Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business Management. 4 years of experience in Product Management. Accountability and Initiative. Communication and Collaboration.
