Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a busy hospital in Hoffman Estates, IL, requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience and an active IL RN license.

Details

• Labor and Delivery unit with antepartum and OB ED areas, affiliated with a Level III NICU
• Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Floating may be required to like units (e.g., Mother/Baby)

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NRP (AHA/AAP)
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Full DOB and full SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care in a busy L&D unit that includes antepartum and OB ED areas
• Local candidates are accepted; however, local candidates may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required for this position
