Enterprise Account Executive AIOps and Observability Large Deal Environment

There are enterprise sales roles where you inherit pipeline, and there are roles where you build meaningful revenue in complex environments and are rewarded accordingly. We are partnering with a high-growth organization in the AIOps and observability space that is gaining significant traction across large enterprise accounts. Recent momentum includes multiple seven-figure deals and continued expansion within Fortune 500 environments. This role is designed for experienced enterprise sellers who are comfortable operating in complex sales cycles and want access to larger deal sizes, stronger market positioning, and meaningful earning potential. The company is intentionally not named here. Most experienced professionals in this space will recognize the profile based on the market, deal structure, and growth trajectory. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Consistent success closing seven-figure enterprise deals Increasing deal sizes across large, complex organizations Strong product alignment with current enterprise IT priorities Opportunity to engage directly with senior decision makers Environment built for high-performing, new business focused sellers Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach through close Build and generate pipeline within your assigned territory Close complex enterprise deals typically ranging from 500K to 1M plus Engage CIO, CTO, and senior infrastructure leadership Navigate multi-threaded sales cycles across large organizations Translate technical challenges into clear business outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally to support deal execution Required Qualifications 10 plus years of enterprise sales experience in complex software environments Demonstrated experience closing deals of 1M or greater Consistent quota attainment, ideally achieving target 4 of the last 5 years Proven ability to generate pipeline independently Experience selling into large enterprise accounts, typically 5B plus in revenue Background in observability, AIOps, or related infrastructure technologies Candidate Profile Strong new business focus with a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline Consistent performance against quota over time Stable career progression with limited job changes Ability to operate independently in a competitive market Strong communication skills and executive presence Territory Coverage San Francisco Bay Area Southern California Midwest including Chicago, Ohio, Michigan, and Minnesota Pacific Northwest including Seattle and Portland Compensation and Benefits On target earnings between 280K and 320K+ with a balanced structure Uncapped commission with meaningful accelerators Top performers consistently exceed 500K in annual earnings Equity participation with long-term upside Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401k with company support Unlimited paid time off and standard holidays Flexible and remote-friendly work environment Home office support Additional Information This opportunity is best suited for enterprise sellers who have experience navigating complex deal cycles and are motivated by performance-driven compensation and larger deal opportunities.
