- # Registered Nurse - PreOp/PACUApply: Saint Luke's East Hospital | 100 NE Saint Lukes Blvd | Lees Summit | MO: Full time: Posted Today: JobReq0059567# **Job Description****The Opportunity:**Saint Luke’s East in Lee's Summit is seeking a PreOp/PACU RN to join their Perianesthesia team. In this position, you will provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients with various conditions and acuity levels undergoing various procedures including; but not limited toorthopedics, total joints, sports medicine, GYN, urology, plastics, general surgery, ophthalmology, and some spine.Shift Details:**FT- Days. This position does take call with a 30 minute callback response time.**This is a tight knit collaborative team that supports each other and are willing to go above and beyond for their peers, our patients and their families. They are a customer focused team where patient experience is a top priority.**The Work:*** Provides pre-operative and post-operative care for inpatient and outpatient procedures.* Utilizes the nursing process* Performs patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff* Coordinates the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes* Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:1 yearRegistered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)Associate Degree# **Job Details**Full TimeDay (United States of America)
