We are looking for a Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a critical analytical resource and key financial partner to our business leaders. In this role, you won't just crunch numbers—you will actively shape business performance through advanced financial reporting, annual budgeting, capital management, and high-impact strategic projects. What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

• Education: A degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or an equivalent field.

• Experience: 4–6 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related analytical finance role.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in PowerBI (drawing from Azure, SQL, Excel, and Sheets).

• The "Nice-to-Haves": A CPA designation and/or an MBA is strongly preferred. 3+ years of hands-on experience with PowerBI/Gemini and a working knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace are major assets.

• Agility: A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaboration: A knack for building consensus across a wide variety of teams, personalities, and backgrounds.

• Communication: The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, precise insights—whether in writing, in person, or over a call.

• Precision: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

✨ What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Drive the Future: Lead the execution of our annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, partnering closely with business unit leaders.

• Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the financial subject matter expert to drive corporate projects, find operational efficiencies, and fuel strategic growth.

• Innovate with Data: Spearhead the design and development of division-level reporting dashboards and critical KPIs using advanced functionalities in PowerBI and/or Gemini .

• Build Connections: Cultivate solid, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and corporate management teams to ensure total alignment.

• Influence Decisions: Deliver high-impact capital management and ad hoc analyses that directly support executive decision-making.
