Job Description:

We are expanding our unit sales department and are looking for professional hard-working people who have the horsepower to work with the best. If you are committed to winning, driven by continuous performance, and the need for more opportunities, you may be the individual we are looking for! Qualifications:

1. Level of Education: High School/GED
2. Master at rapport building with Guests
3. Ability to read, speak and comprehend English instructions and information
4. The ability to work independently without direct supervision
5. Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
6. Have strong motivational skills and desire to excel
7. Must have professional appearance and demeanor conforming to our company guidelines
8. Be receptive to a background check
9. Previous RV Sales experience preferred
10. Working understanding of Windows based computer systems
11. Must be willing to work weekends and evenings, including some Sunday promotions. Understand most of our sales are generated after 3pm and on Weekends. Flexibility with schedule is a plus.
12. Willingness to perform and self-development to constantly improve Sales and closing skills
