In this role, you'llsupport project billing operations from job setup through invoicing andcollections support, helping ensure project costs are tracked accurately andcustomer invoices are processed efficiently. You'll partner with projectmanagers, operations teams, and accounting professionals to maintain accurateproject records, support compliance requirements, and drive timely billingactivities that contribute to the organization's financial success. At a Glance Pay: $21.10 - $31.70 per hour; dependent onrelevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Required Experience: 1+ year Benefits Start: First of the month following 20calendar days from date of hire. What You'll Do Set up projects, job phases,budgets, and related information within the project tracking system. Process and maintain projectchange orders and supporting documentation. Establish and maintainaccurate project records to support billing, reporting, and compliancerequirements. Review labor, equipment,subcontractor, and material costs to ensure all billable expenses areaccurately captured. Prepare and process customerinvoices for contract, lump-sum, and time-and-material projects. Verify billing accuracy andresolve discrepancies prior to invoice submission. Monitor project billingstatus and assist with invoice tracking and follow-up activities. Support project managers withproject documentation, budgeting, and billing-related procedures. Assist with accountsreceivable and collection efforts by ensuring billing documentation iscomplete, accurate, and submitted promptly. Prepare and maintain payroll,compliance, audit, and customer documentation while building positiverelationships with internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For We are seeking adetail-oriented professional who enjoys working with financial information,supporting project teams, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timelyinvoicing. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and able tobalance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Required Qualifications One year or more ofexperience in an office environment working with internal and externalcustomers. Associate's degree inAccounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice applications. Excellent organizational,communication, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detailand ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Prior billing or invoicingexperience is preferred. Experience with TRACK/myTRACKor similar project accounting and billing systems is preferred. Experience supportingaccounts receivable, collections, or project administration functions ispreferred.
