Leasing Consultant, Arlington, VA (Altaire & Sage) Temporary/Seasonal

Altaire is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at our Altaire and Sage properties in Arlington, VA for a Temporary/Seasonal position. Job Responsibilities Touring prospective residents throughout each building and leasing apartments Answering leasing calls and responding to online inquiries Processing applications, preparation of lease paperwork, and weekly/monthly reports Resolving resident issues or concerns Coordination and follow up of maintenance requests for residents Marketing of the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media Job Requirements 1 to 3 years’ experience in Community Management Experience with high rise lease up preferred Knowledge of Yardi Software Working knowledge of LRO is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) Working during inclement weather is also necessary LCOR is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment and affirmative action opportunities to veterans and disabled individuals as well as other protected veterans.
