Director, Employee Experience and Talent Strategy

Responsibilities
- Implement talent strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning across US commercial organization
- Support talent review processes, succession planning, and organizational capability assessments
- Partner with HR and business leaders on leadership development and team effectiveness solutions
- Analyze employee feedback, survey data, and workforce metrics to identify risks and opportunities
- Support change initiatives and organizational transitions while maintaining engagement and business continuity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with talent management and succession planning focus
- 5+ years as HR Business Partner
- Experience in commercial, sales, or fast-paced business environment
- Strong analytical skills interpreting workforce and engagement data
- Proven ability to influence leaders across matrixed organizations
- Project management, facilitation, and communication expertise
