This role supports the Community Manager in marketing and leasing efforts while delivering exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include engaging with prospects and residents, showcasing the benefits of the community, closing rental agreements, and assisting with resident concerns in a professional and timely manner.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for prospective residentsAssist in marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goalsConduct community tours and effectively present apartment features and amenitiesSuccessfully close rental agreementsProvide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residentsAssist with resolving resident concerns and problem-solvingComplete daily administrative and leasing dutiesSkills & RequirementsPrevious apartment leasing experience preferredProfessional appearance and demeanorStrong sales and closing skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsGeneral office and computer experience requiredAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust be available to work weekends and some weekdaysCompensation & BenefitsP.B.
