La Cholla Dental Group is a locally owned private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care in a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for an organized, charismatic individual to be the first point of contact for our patients and to help our daily operations run seamlessly.
We are seeking a Part-Time/Full Time Dental Receptionist who understands the nuances of a dental practice. You won't just be answering phones; you’ll be the face of our practice, managing patient flow and ensuring a stellar experience from check-in to check-out.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the dental field ( Required ).
• Software: Proficiency with Eaglesoft or similar dental management software.
Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Greet patients warmly and provide excellent service at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments accurately using Eaglesoft .
• Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage, perform eligibility checks, and process digital charts and treatment plans.
• Communication: Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical records, update patient information, and review documentation for completeness.
• Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality.
