Travel/Contract Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR) - Days + Nights Available!

Travel/Contract Registered Nurse for an operating room assignment in or near Raleigh, North Carolina. This 13‑week role requires nursing experience and credentials and offers competitive pay and benefits. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' conditions and prepare them for surgery by reviewing medical histories and ensuring they are ready for the procedure. Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures, supporting the surgical team and ensuring patient safety and comfort. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient status, procedures performed, and post-operative instructions. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure seamless workflow and communication within the operating room. Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures to promote a safe operating environment.
