Experienced Attorneys (Family Law and General Litigation)

Somireddy Law Group is a full service law firm with offices in Virginia, New Jersey and India. We are expanding our offices to Dallas, TX. These positions require working from our new office location in Frisco, TX. Currently we have the following positions starting from August 2026: Experienced Family Law Attorney Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in divorce, custody, alimony, and guardianship matters Handle negotiations, mediations, and court appearances Draft and review legal documents (motions, pleadings, agreements) Provide legal guidance in sensitive situations, including domestic violence cases Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Qualifications: 5+ years of family law litigation experience J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of Texas Willingness to travel within Texas as needed Preferred: Real estate litigation experience Experienced Litigation Attorney (Commercial/General) Key Responsibilities: Manage complex litigation cases from start to resolution Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and filings Prepare for hearings, depositions, and mediations Advise clients on legal and business matters Negotiate settlements Qualifications: 5+ years of general/commercial litigation experience J.D. from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of Texas Willingness to travel within Texas Preferred: Real estate litigation experience Compensation & Benefits (Both Roles) Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 (DOE) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid CLE and bar dues #J-18808-Ljbffr Somireddy Law Group Pllc
