Dross Berman LLC is a small law firm specializing in personal injury law located in the Rockville/Bethesda area. We committed to the highest level of client service and are seeking an experienced full-time Legal Assistant to join our team.
The Legal Assistant candidate will have some level of experience in personal injury (or workers' compensation) cases. You will work with multiple attorneys focusing on pre-lawsuit tasks such as coordinating health insurance benefits with medical provider's offices, handling PIP claims to include opening the claim and following the payments, obtaining liens, verifying client account balances and various tasks necessary to conclude a personal injury case on behalf of our clients.
Must be detail oriented and possess confidence to work independently and be willing to learn!
Requirements:

Previous legal assistant experience in personal injury or workers' comp preferred.

Salary Range (dependent upon experience and education) $40,000-$47,000.
