Our client, a leader in providing critical environment solutions, is seeking a Customer Support professional to join their team. As a Customer Support professional, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting multinational manufacturing clients across industries including semiconductor, life sciences, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset that will contribute to the team's success.

Job Title: Customer Support

Location: Chandler, AZ

Pay Range: $41,600 - $55,000 annually

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner.
• Process customer requests and purchase orders accurately through internal systems, ensuring all required information is captured.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to expedite customer orders, solve issues, and communicate updates.
• Perform order entry, order management, stock reporting, and data maintenance using inventory management systems.
• Compile, analyze, and distribute customer reports as required.
• Monitor lead times and communicate order status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Partner with warehouse teams to coordinate regular, urgent, and special orders, including kitting and assembly requirements.
• Identify, document, and escalate service, inventory, or process-related concerns that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Develop a working knowledge of products, applications, and customer operating environments.
• Support client-facing teams by providing information and administrative assistance to ensure a high level of service delivery.

What's Needed?

• Experience in customer service, customer support, order management role, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or a technical environment.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and recommend solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience using inventory management systems such as ERP, WMS, or similar platforms. SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with spare parts, machine parts, automotive parts, industrial products, or other technical products is a strong advantage.
