Securitization Finance Associate AttorneyLocation: Charlotte, Chicago, or New York (Open to other U.S. office locations including Houston, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Washington D.C.)Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate or Counsel with 4+ years of structured finance and securitization experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm. The successful candidate will focus on lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings, with the opportunity to participate in cross-border and off-balance sheet structuring.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent banks, funds, and financial institutions in structured finance transactions, with a focus on trade receivables securitizations.Handle transactions involving trade-related assets, such as inventory, trade credit insurance, and ABCP funding.Work on cross-border deals, including global trade A/R financings, and develop intercreditor arrangements.Provide strategic advice on off-balance sheet structuring for GAAP and IFRS compliance.Anticipate participation in a variety of structured financings involving different types of financial assets.QualificationsEducation: J.D. from a top-tier law school.Experience: 4+ years of experience in structured finance and securitization, with a preference for experience in lender-side private warehouse and trade receivables financings.Deal Sheet: Please include a deal sheet with your application.
