Key Responsibilities and Impact

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across existing markets while actively identifying and sourcing scalable channels for expansion into new regions.
• Forge strong partnerships across internal business units to identify and capitalize on co-marketing opportunities, effectively bridging B2B seller positioning with compelling consumer engagement.
• Champion the adoption of refined brand positioning and guidelines, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across diverse partner teams and stakeholder groups.
• Direct concurrent marketing launches with precision, establishing clear timelines and proactively escalating any bottlenecks to maintain critical momentum.
• Design and deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns that drive seller acquisition, foster engagement, and ensure consumer pull-through across a wide array of channels including digital, owned, content, social, email, site, and experiential.
• Oversee content strategy and social presence, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and driving continuous brand presence.
• Define critical campaign KPIs, rigorously evaluate competitive dynamics, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to transform performance data into actionable strategic shifts.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on growth marketing, campaign management, or integrated marketing experience, with proven expertise spanning both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic driver first and an organized executor second, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and synthesizing input from diverse stakeholders.
• A strong bias for action, a high sense of urgency, and the confidence to advocate for necessary resources, navigate constructive feedback, and make decisive calls in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with distributed markets and adeptly navigating resource allocation for emerging or non-footprint regions.
• Solid analytical skills, with extensive experience measuring full-funnel campaign effectiveness, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing seller acquisition costs and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Superior written and verbal presentation skills, with comfort and experience presenting to senior leadership and aligning cross-functional teams around high-profile goals.

Other Requirements


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.00 to $55.00. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
