About the Role

As a Brand Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers, make a strong first impression, and guide them through a structured sales process. You’ll focus on customer engagement, lead generation, and conversions, while developing practical experience in face-to-face sales and retail operations.

This role suits an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable working toward KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns within retail locations, maintaining high standards of brand representation
• Proactively approach customers to drive customer engagement and lead generation
• Deliver clear and confident product demonstrations and sales presentations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions through consultative selling
• Handle questions and objections using strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial interaction to closing the sale or sign-up
• Track performance against daily and weekly sales targets (KPIs)
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes (CRM or tracking systems, where applicable)
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and personal development sessions

Preferred but not required:

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, call center environments, or customer-facing roles
