Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Brownstown, MI for a temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay rate is $35.52 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday-Friday, first shift starting between 6 AM. Shifts may vary when needed, 11-13 hours per day.
Position Overview
- Multi-stop milk runs delivering auto parts to automotive dealerships in MI/OH.
- Un/loading utilizing a lift gate, pallet jack, rolling cages, and hand delivery loose parts.
- Operating an automatic transmission.
- Drivers will encounter some tighter areas and should be confident of their skills.
- Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Ensure product is secure within the trailer.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
Requirements
- Must have a Double/Triples endorsement.
- Prefer a MI or OH license or be willing to obtain one before starting.
- Must be a team player, and flexible with the occasional change in start times.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial.
- Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A License.
- At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Clean MVR.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- Clean Criminal Background.
- No Clearinghouse violations.
