With a strong focus on technology-driven value creation, they partner with ambitious companies to drive transformative growth. Headquartered in Berlin, the firm is now looking to expand its team by hiring a talented Associate and/or Senior Associate to play a key role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments. This role is based in Berlin, candidates must therefore be willing to relocate and work on-site. What the job involves Deal Sourcing & Origination – Identifying investment opportunities and building industry relationships Financial Analysis & Valuation – Performing financial modeling, company valuations (DCF, LBO), and due diligence Transaction Execution – Supporting deal structuring, negotiations, and investment committee presentations Portfolio Management – Working with portfolio companies to drive growth, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives Exit Strategy – Assisting in preparing and executing exit processes Investor & Internal Reporting – Preparing reports for senior leadership, LPs, and contributing to fundraising efforts Who we are looking for Solid academic foundation in business, finance or a related field Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in top-tier investment banking, or private equity Team player with an entrepreneurial approach and a commercial mindset Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English are a must #J-18808-Ljbffr PER
