We are looking for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who will work closely with one of our orthopedic surgeons who specializes in shoulder surgery both in surgery & clinic as well as participate in an equal call rotation with our other non-urgent care mid-level providers. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute and chronic orthopedic conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests relative to each patient's specific need Office procedures including injections, aspirations, splinting, suturing, etc. Triage and handling of patient related clinical questions and concerns Provide clinical support to physicians assisting in both the operating room and office setting as well as rounding on inpatients First assist support in the operating room setting Provide call coverage on an rotating equal basis with the other non-urgent care mid-level providers Job Type: Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Carlsbad Tech
