Sales Executive Low Voltage & Fire Alarm | Rockland County, NY
Our client is a growing low-voltage and fire alarm monitoring company based in Rockland County. They're building out their sales function and looking for a connected, seasoned closer who can hit the ground running with an existing book of business. If you've been selling into real estate, property management, or construction and you know the players this one's worth a conversation.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within the low-voltage and fire alarm space
- Leverage your existing relationships with property managers, GCs, real estate developers, and building owners to generate immediate revenue
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential verticals
- Represent the company's monitoring and installation services to decision-makers at all levels
- Build long-term client relationships that drive recurring revenue and referrals
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Proven sales experience in low-voltage, fire alarm, security, or a directly adjacent industry
- An active book of business this is non-negotiable
- Established relationships with property managers, GCs, or real estate developers
- Hunter mentality with a track record of closing new business
- Self-starter who doesn't need a pipeline built for them
Nice to Have
- Experience selling monitoring or service contracts (recurring revenue model)
- Familiarity with the tri-state commercial real estate and construction market
- Existing vendor relationships in Rockland, Westchester, or the greater NYC metro
