About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer to join their Executive Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's mission by overseeing day-to-day program operations, leading strategic planning for program management, and ensuring the quality and growth of services. This includes providing supervision to senior program staff, maintaining regular communication with the CEO and the Board of Directors, and leading the Program Committee. The Chief Program Officer will also be responsible for fiscal oversight, liaising with external partners, and providing engagement support for program personnel. Applicants for the Chief Program Officer position at the company must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years' of related work experience, with a strong preference for those with previous supervisory experience in a senior leadership role.
