Funds Associate (Secondaries, GP & LP)

An AmLaw 50 firm is seeking an associate to join their regarded Sponsor Solutions practice operating at the forefront of the private capital and secondaries market.

Over the last decade, the alternatives industry has experienced a fundamental shift in how sponsors and investors approach liquidity. What was once a relatively narrow secondaries market has developed into a complex ecosystem of continuation vehicles, preferred equity solutions, NAV financings, GP stakes transactions, tender offers, fund restructurings, credit secondaries and strategic sponsor investments.
