I am a highly competitive Tennis player that is driven by challenges. State Farm is in my blood since I was born of a State Farm Agent. I am closely tied to this position since I had performed all of them for 5 years before I was awarded an agency in 1992. I come from the Chicago suburbs, have lived in the city of Chicago and have resided in Morris since 1996


ROLE DESCRIPTION:

At the Mike Meyer State Farm Agency, I'm looking to train a caring, competent team member to help our clients make the best insurance decisions and provide the highest customer satisfaction. We are looking for a licensed producer but would be willing to work with a highly motivated team member to achieve this requirement
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mike Meyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
