Retail Service Specialist

Compensation Pay Range: $15.16 - $22.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance bonuses or premiums. Premiums are applied based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Responsibilities Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom. Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy. Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrivals as needed. Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure, using electronic outside purchase order ledger. Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issue refunds accurately, and stage returned merchandise appropriately. Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store. Communicate Zipline messages and delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks. Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedule; manage changes and deviations and approvals. Clock in/out according to company policy. Perform store opening/closing duties, day‑end procedures, verify/securing money/: deposits, prepare bank deposits, ensure night security lights are on, lock doors, arm/disarm security alarms, and check/secure delivery vehicles. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication skills. Ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred: Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts. Knowledge of automotive systems and repair. ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
