Janitorial Associate

Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of all store areas including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area. Ensure safety by following store cleaning protocols and reporting hazards. Work scheduled shifts (mid‑shift, closing) and cooperate with team members. Compensation Hourly wage: USD 17–30 per hour . The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
