As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! Just a big heart, patience, and love for kids. Is empathy your superpower? This might be the most important job you've never heard of. You'll be their guide, their support, their safe place. Every small breakthrough, every smile, word, or moment of connection will remind you why your work is so important.

What you'll do:

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Celebrate their wins! (big and small)

Pay & Benefits:

• $21 - $25 / hour based on experience and education
• Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 7:30pm (15-20/week)

Hiring Bonus:

• $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives:

• +$2/hour for weekend shifts
• +$5/hour for company-observed holidays

• Cities Targeting- North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles. South County San Luis Obispo, 5 Cities & Nipomo must being willing to travel within 20 miles.
• We aim to match you with clients near your home, and we offer mileage reimbursement if your first client is over 20 miles away.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow
• Reliable transportation
