As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Fairfield, OH and work in an in‑office environment that encourages collaboration. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver a full PNC conversation with each client interaction to identify appropriate solutions, leveraging community Centers of Influence and ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and tools. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve problems, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities. The role requires a 3+ year experience, or an associate's degree or equivalent and related experience. Military service may be considered. Customer‑Focused: Knowledgeable of values and practices aligning customer needs and satisfaction with business decisions. Managing Risk: Adequate assessment and management of all business risks, aligned with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered. Education and Certifications No degree required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
