Description:SENIOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR (LIEUTENANT) – FEDERAL ARMED SECURITY
Fort Collins Campus, Colorado

Location: Fort Collins Campus, Colorado

Weekly Hours: 168 hours

Estimated Staffing Need: 4.2 FTE

Position Summary

Vision Quest Solutions is seeking experienced Senior Shift Supervisors (Lieutenants) to support an upcoming federal security contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The Senior Shift Supervisor serves as the alternate Site Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining morale, directing shift performance, conducting pre-shift visual inspections, and ensuring compliance with Post Orders.

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the alternate Site Supervisor.
Maintain employee morale.
Direct shift performance.
Conduct pre-shift visual inspections.
Ensure compliance with Post Orders.

Requirements:Required Experience & Qualifications

Extensive work/security experience.
Strong planning ability.
Proven leadership.
Subject to CDC COR approval.
Must be capable of performing all duties of subordinate armed officers.
