RN - ER

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months of experience in the emergency room with recent clinical experience within the last 12 months. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care in critical situations. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department. Conduct thorough assessments and implement appropriate interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and execute patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with standards. Participate in departmental activities, including quality improvement initiatives. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 24 months ER experience required (recent experience within the last 12 months). Active RN license in the state of Arizona with no hits on state license to practice. Current life support certifications: TNCC, ACLS, PALS, and BLS, all from approved vendors.
