Associate Actuary

Delivering high-quality actuarial results with minimal supervision, the full-time remote Associate Actuary will manage complex projects, communicate findings to stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while applying advanced critical thinking to assess risks and drive solutions. Key responsibilities Perform complex actuarial work and communicate findings to actuarial peers and senior stakeholders Take ownership of projects from planning through completion, anticipating dependencies and risks Provide guidance and coaching to junior analysts to support their growth and development Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Finance, or a related field Successful completion of 4+ exams of the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation Upon hire: Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) 5 years of healthcare actuarial/analytics experience Experience with writing queries in SQL or another programming language
