Spherion Staffing is currently recruiting for two Machinists to fill Direct Hire positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts with our client who is a well known Top Employer in Delaware County. Starting pay range for these positions is at $15 per hour plus, dependent on experience.

Job Description

Essential Duties:

• Setup and operate lathes, mills, grinders and saws.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment when time allows.
• Be willing to assist others when help is needed and offer suggestions where improvements can be made.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of CNC / Lathe machine operation experience.
• Clearly write and communicate simple correspondence.
• Strong mathematical skills working with common fractions, decimals, computing rate, ratios and percent's.
• Occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
