Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)

Location: Long Island, NY Setting: Outpatient private pediatric group – collaborative, community-focused team providing comprehensive primary care to children from birth through adolescence. Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday); optional half-day Saturdays on rotation; Flexible 4½–5-day workweek negotiable Hours: Typical clinic hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (no hospital rounding or ER shifts) Patient Volume: Average 18–22 patients per day, balanced mix of well-child and sick visits Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Active New York State license as a Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant Current DEA registration (or eligibility) Experience: Minimum 1 year in pediatrics preferred, but new graduates with strong pediatric training are encouraged to apply Excellent communication skills and a passion for family-centered care Comfortable managing common pediatric conditions, wellness visits, immunizations, and developmental screenings under physician collaboration Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials; Additional incentives may include performance bonus, CME allowance, and relocation support Benefits: Malpractice insurance (claims-made or occurrence) Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance CME days and annual stipend 401(k) or retirement plan Supportive team culture and professional growth opportunities About Us: HealthPlus Staffing is National Leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry.
