Role Summary: The Director of Engineering is responsible for overseeing the engineering department, managing engineering projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of engineering solutions.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee the engineering department and manage engineering projects.
Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans.
Ensure the successful implementation of engineering solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Oversee the integration of quantum technologies into the company's engineering projects.
Ensure the engineering team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to work with quantum technologies.
