They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Fill and dispense online orders throughout the store, selecting appropriate items from all departments. Work fast‑paced hours, often during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, balancing online customer needs with in‑store assistance. Engage customers with friendly conversation throughout the dispensing process. What you’ll bring Friendly customer service: acknowledge and greet customers with a smile. Assist customers in finding desired products. Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe work area. Help fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
