What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the heart of our operation keeping materials flowing and the yard running smoothly:

• Operate heavy equipment like a pro (material handlers, loaders, forklifts, skid steers & more)
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Move and organize scrap materials for processing and recycling
• Perform pre and post-trip equipment inspections (because safety starts with you)
• Spot maintenance issues early and communicate with our maintenance team
• Follow safety protocols like it's second nature
• Deliver a "WOW" customer experience to drivers, vendors, and teammates
• Jump in where needed-because teamwork is how we win

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of heavy equipment experience
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (a plus)
• Strong work ethic-you don't cut corners

• Physically capable (lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing in/out of equipment)
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Customer-service oriented (yes-even in the yard, it matters)
