Guests can enjoy refined food and beverages from their scratch kitchens and bars while immersing themselves in a variety of entertainment options for everyday fun.The Runner provides excellent service to our guests by delivering food and drinks in a quick and friendly manner, keeping dining areas clean and guest-ready, and keeping kitchen and expo areas clean. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Deliver food and drinks to guests with a friendly attitudePrepare drinks at drink station for guestsPrepare popcorn, desserts and milkshakes for guestsExecute daily food/beverage preparation listPractice high food safety guidelines and standardsKnow the full restaurant and bar menu, as well as presentation guidelines per itemMaintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stationsComplete all opening, closing and side-work dutiesOther miscellaneous duties as assigned by managementSkills + Abilities included but are not limited to:Able to take direction and work together as a teamWork calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressureHospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focusedEducation + Experience + Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of ageHS diploma or GED certificationFood Handler's and state alcohol certificate requiredAvailability to work holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak timesPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairsMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesCast Member Benefits:Competitive Pay and GrowthCast Member Perks - discounts on Movies, Attractions, and F&B!Elevate Entertainment Group is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
