We're looking for energetic, knowledgeable fitness professionals who are passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives.Reports To: Fitness DirectorCompensation: Trainers are compensated through a blended pay structure consisting of a per-session rate for time spent training clients and an hourly rate for all non-session work. This model rewards performance, productivity, and career growth while eliminating commission-based pay. This position pays $27–$41 per training session, based on experience, certifications, and client load.
