House Attendant

Position Overview Responsible for acting in a support role to housekeepers and supervisors, cleaning hallways, vacuuming removing trash, cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom, replacing toiletries, towels, while providing great customer service. Works in a fast and efficient manner. Is open to coaching and feedback from Supervisor and makes improvement based on feedback. Essential Duties Provides housekeepers with needed supplies and stocks storerooms and carts Removes trash and soiled linens. Prepares and separates soiled linens and terry for pick up Use floor equipment as required in the units, hallways, etc Works weekends and holidays Flips mattresses over on a quarterly basis or as required by manufacturer Immediately notifies supervisor of any equipment failure Direct guests and handle guest requests Open to coaching and feedback from supervisors. Makes improvement based on feedback. Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk moderate distances, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs of weight on a consistent basis. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and perform other routine physical activities. Good verbal communication skills; pleasant and professional demeanor. Must meet company and client appearance standards. Ability to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals safely. Ability to perform all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
