Portfolio Manager

Job Title: Portfolio Manager Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid) Job Type: Contract Required Skills & Experience: Strong project and portfolio management experience with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end project delivery. Ability to provide clear, concise, and detailed responses on project status, risks, dependencies, financials, and delivery metrics. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Experience managing complex programs in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise programs. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects and programs within the portfolio, ensuring successful delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Provide hands-on project management oversight, including planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. Drive portfolio governance, status reporting, resource planning, and executive-level updates. Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure alignment of project outcomes with strategic goals.
